    The LKF-MSU102 MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit is a compact, high-precision, high-reliability, and cost-effective three-axis MEMS inertial module capable of measuring the three-dimensional angular velocity and acceleration of a moving carrier. The module performs full-temperature compensation for parameters including bias, scale factor, non-orthogonality, and acceleration-related errors, ensuring long-term measurement accuracy.


    Advanced processes and technologies

    The LKF-MSU102 MEMS inertial unit integrates high-performance MEMS gyroscopes and MEMS accelerometers within an independent structure. The gyroscopes and accelerometers used in this unit represent the cutting edge of MEMS inertial device technology. The tri-axis MEMS gyroscopes are sensitive to angular motion of the carrier, while the tri-axis MEMS accelerometers capture linear acceleration. Internal compensation is applied across the full temperature range for bias, scale factor, non-orthogonality, and acceleration-related terms, ensuring sustained high accuracy. Additionally, the unit features a sealed design to maintain precise measurements of angular and linear motion even under harsh environmental conditions, offering users a cost-effective and highly reliable solution.
